Source hierarchy
Regulatory claims require current primary authority from the agency and jurisdiction that controls the exact operation. Treatment, marking, fire, environmental, workplace, transport, tax, and insurance claims must identify the governing program, facts, effective date, and limits. Commercial and pricing comparisons require dated first-party evidence and a reproducible method.
Qualified review
High-stakes claims must name the reviewer, credentials, jurisdiction or specialty, scope reviewed, review date, and limitations. Organization authorship and AI drafting do not satisfy this requirement.
Tools and products
Tools need documented inputs, units, assumptions, provenance, bounds, and tests. Paid deliverables require current source evidence and end-to-end verification of generation, checkout, webhook, email, access, subscription, cancellation, refund, privacy, and support.
Corrections and AI
AI may assist drafting but cannot be the accountable expert. A human owner must verify every material claim. Substantive corrections should state what changed and when; unsafe or unsupported items remain withdrawn.
