Legacy transactions
Email support@heattreatpath.com with the account email, charge date, amount, and last four digits shown for the payment method. Do not send a complete card number.
Review
Requests are assessed against the terms presented at purchase, processor records, delivered access, applicable law, and transaction facts. This page does not create a blanket guarantee or fixed response time.
Subscriptions
Ask support to locate and cancel any legacy recurring subscription. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewal and does not automatically reverse a completed charge.
