Current public collection
The public core does not offer assessment saving, AI chat, account registration, or checkout. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser details, URL, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
Email and legacy operations
If you email us, we receive what you provide. Existing customer token pages, unsubscribe controls, and payment/email provider endpoints remain available to honor legacy obligations. Those providers process data under their own terms.
Rights and retention
Information is retained as needed for security, support, contractual, legal, and operational purposes. Applicable rights vary. Request an action at support@heattreatpath.com; identity verification may be required.
No unsupported security promises
We do not claim a specific encryption-at-rest design, audit cadence, residency, backup, deletion, or response-time standard unless verified for the relevant system.
